To capture the essence of the French competitive scene, we anchored our design process in two iconic symbols.

First, we extracted the sharp, aggressive shapes of the VALORANT Core Logo to maintain a strong brand synergy, similar to the First Strike event.

Next, we mapped these shapes onto a bespoke grid system built around the French Hexagon, grounding the identity in its local region.

Rotating these elements at strict 60° increments aligned them perfectly with the hexagon’s six-sided symmetry, resulting in a dynamic main pattern.

Finally, analyzing the positive and negative spaces allowed us to engineer three distinct logo versions, each featuring versatile horizontal, vertical, and compact bug lockups.
